Upon joining one of our programmes, you’ll begin your Merrill Lynch career with our global training programme. This introduction to the firm will also allow you the opportunity to meet, work and socialise with other new analysts from around the world.
On return to your local office, you’ll quickly get to grips with vital professional projects, whilst we provide you with a thorough grounding in all of the fundamental tools, techniques and work practices you’ll need to succeed.
As a penultimate year student, we offer you the opportunity to gain an invaluable insight into Merrill Lynch through our nine-week summer programme. With a range of networking activities lined up, this is an excellent opportunity to meet senior management, senior analysts and other summer interns. You’ll also receive support from your own assigned mentor who will be on call to provide career development advice. Through exposure to our business, training from industry experts and on-the-job experience, you will have the opportunity to prove yourself, which could lead to a full-time job offer following your graduation.
Prior to your penultimate year, you can compete with a team of colleagues from your university by taking the Merrill Lynch Challenge. The finalist teams participate in a one-week programme in London.
