Commodity markets are markets where raw or primary products are exchanged. These raw commodities are traded on regulated commodities exchanges, in which they are bought and sold in standardized contracts.

Traded commodity markets include:

    • Agricultural (Grains such as wheat, rice, food and fiber)
    • Livestock & Meat (eg pork bellies)
    • Energy
    • Precious metals
    • Industrial metals
    • Rare metals
    • Other Minerals and Materials
