What is financial Recruitment?

In sourcing you be involved in the following two activities:
- Advertising the recruiting process. This often encompasses multiple media, such as the Internet, general newspapers, job ad newspapers, professional publications, window advertisements, job centers, and campus graduate recruitment programs;
- Recruiting research, which is the proactive identification of relevant talent by screening CV’s.
Screening & selection
You will be screening for suitability for a job typically assesed by looking for skills, e.g. communication, financial experience, qualifications and computer skills etc.
On-boarding
A well-planned introduction helps new employees become fully operational quickly and is often integrated with the recruitment process. You will stay in touch with recently hired candidates.
