<description>I would agree with Lekshmi, that for me the hardest thing to do is to come across as being a seller, although I am not an international student i have come from an awkward background that jumps out of my CV no matter how i organise it (because it was a large part of my education and i dont want to leave gaps). Recruiters wont put me through to job positions that i feel if i got an interview i could make an impact, simply because they are covering their own back saying i wouldn&#039;t be qualified enough or lack experience even though i feel i would be able to thrive in whatever position it is. Thank you for all the help you given us and you are a great inspiration for us all.

		<description>Hello Simon,
As you said, there are lot of opportunities in the market as I was talking to a recruitment consultant. There is a shortage of employable candidates out there in the job market. But the real problem which I am facing as an international student is self promoting myself and aggressive selling of my skills. So if you could cover these areas it would be really great. I was greatly impressed by your talks and spirit. Keep going....
